Young was a part of Megan Griffiths' crime drama The Night Stalker, about serial killer Richard Ramirez. The film featured her as a support role of Bernard and Huey, an independent film written and directed by David Koechner and Jim Rash. In the year 2018, she was a part in the live action adaptation of Disney's version of A Wrinkle in Time alongside Oprah Winfrey Reese Witherspoon Mindy Kaling.
